Booking and Appointments

Appointments can be booked online through our website, by phone, or by email.

New clients are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment to complete intake forms.

A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments.
Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full service fee.

No-shows will be charged the full service fee.

Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in the requirement of pre-payment for future appointments.
Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive late, your session will end at the originally scheduled time to ensure the therapist stays on schedule.

Full payment for the original appointment duration is still required.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and the cancellation policy will apply.
Health and Safety

Clients must complete a health intake form before their first appointment and update it as needed.

Please disclose all relevant medical conditions, injuries, medications, and surgeries.

We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe the massage may be contraindicated for your condition.

If you are experiencing symptoms of infectious illness (fever, cough, etc.), please reschedule your appointment.

Please refrain from consuming alcohol or recreational drugs before your appointment.
Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service.

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment methods.

Gratuities are appreciated but not required and are at the client's discretion.

Price changes may occur with advance notice to clients.
Client Conduct

We are committed to providing a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment.

Inappropriate behavior, remarks, or advances will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of the session with full payment required.

Repeated inappropriate behavior will result in refusal of future service.
Therapist Cancellation Policy

In the rare event that we need to cancel your appointment, we will notify you as soon as possible.

If we cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, your next session will include an additional 15 minutes at no extra charge.

In case of emergencies or inclement weather, we will reschedule your appointment without penalty.
Liability

The massage therapist provides therapeutic massage only and does not diagnose illness, disease, or physical or mental disorders.

Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment or medications, and we recommend that you see a physician for any physical ailments you may have.

Clients waive any claim against the therapist or business for any adverse reactions that may result from the massage.
